Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments through our Paypal payment system.

Shipping And Handling

Postage within UK

Postage is based on shipping weight, orders will be shipped in separate batches of 1.8kg to provide the most cost effective shipping option.

Up to 9 items (1.8kg) – £3.50
Up to 18 items (3.6kg) – £7.00
Up to 27 items (5.4kg) – £10.50

Returns Policy

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may cancel your order at any time without reason, within 7 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing and return the packaged item(s) to: Cornish Delights, Fore Street, East Looe, Cornwall, PL13 1DT

Please be aware that you will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning them to Cornish Delights and you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage as you send it back. We regret that a refund can only be provided for items received back by us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please be advised that we need to be notified of any order issues within 28 days of dispatch. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified within this period.
